The pubbies should be asking Obama: "Why not an Inner City Incentive Fund to aid disadvantaged minorities?" or simply propose one.

That would be a government "solution", so I can't get behind that.

But we could point out that Obama cares about people in the Middle East more than he cares about people in our inner cities.
We could point out that government is the problem.
Government takes your money and spends it on the other side of the world.
Government makes rules and regulations which make it impossible to start a business and employ people.
Get our government out of the way, and we can provide our own solutions.
