The FBI, our federal police, have just released a report claiming that sovereign individuals, who oppose environmental regulations and believe that the United State's departure from the Gold Standard caused it to go bankrupt present a threat to law enforcement. Never mind that rampant criminality taking place on Wall Street, people who believe in limited government are now the threat.
So next time you get stopped by a cop, let him now that you support ever expanding government, that he is entitled to life time free medical coverage and that his pension is way too small. And that you believe the Bill of Rights should be repealed and that the government should be able to do whatever it damn well pleases. I think some people are missing that there actually is a group of fringe loonies that are known as Sovereigns, and these are their actual beliefs. When the FBI or whoever profiles an actual group, with actual beliefs, then that doesn’t mean they are profiling YOU just because you might have some similar beliefs.

Let’s not forget those loonies and their kids down in Waco that Bill Clinton ordered the FBI and the US Army’s Delta Force to murder them all. Oh I bet killing kids made those soldiers feel proud and manly and Gen. Wesley Clark had to get a thrill up his leg. That was 18 years ago, so on an imaginary scale of say 1 to 100, 100 being the most, where are we today in fearing the tyrannical clutches of our government?

I don’t understand what your response has to do with anything in my comment. Are you saying that there are people mistakenly thinking that some government document about the Branch Davidians is referring to them also?
My point is that the government can and does make an enemy of the state out of anybody. As I inferred from your article, those who believe in the a Gold standard can now be considered as terrorist minded types thus subject to government scrutiny, not just the known Muslim middle eastern terrorists. Atlas Shrugged!! I apologize for my ambiguous analogy but Waco was my way of expressing the real life example of how oppressive the US government actually is.
