For those of you who were educationally abused in our sham of a public school system, the above is the Estabishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.

It is one of the most important thoughts ever recorded in human history.

This tiny little sentence fragment of a mere sixteen words makes America.... well, American.

See, ladies and gentlemen, the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses do more than protect religion from the intrigues of government, regardless of what the commies at the ACLU would have you believe.

The Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses protect the individual’s right to think for himself, - since following a religion (or not) is the most personal (and important) decision an individual will ever make in his lifetime.
