COURAGE: Men and women of courage stand with Rick Santorum!

Posted on 02/23/2012 2:36:59 AM PST by Dan.israel.2011

For me it comes down to who do I trust will lead our country with Godly courage.

That man is Rick Santorum.

The COURAGE to do right.

The COURAGE to trust the Lord.

The COURAGE to call evil what it is.

The COURAGE to recognize the spiritual battle and put on the full armor of God.

Do you have the COURAGE to stand with Rick?

I encourage everyone to consider the options and prayerfully consider which candidate will be on God’s plan for our Nation

Does God have a plan to cease our deficit spending and bring government spending in line with actual revenues? Mmmm... I don't think so, and neither does Rick from what I've seen.

So no, I won't be voting for Rick.

Sure wish we had a real conservative running, but we don't. My vote's going third-party or write in this time.

What makes a King out of a slave?
Courage!

What makes the flag on the mast to wave?
Courage!

What makes the elephant charge his tusk, in the misty mist or the dusky dusk?
What makes the muskrat guard his musk?
Courage!

What makes the sphinx the seventh wonder?
Courage!

What makes the dawn come up like thunder?
Courage!

What makes the Hottentot so hot? What puts the “ape” in apricot?

What have they got that I ain’t got?
Courage!

Yes and I can forgive him of that. I can not forgive Romney of much. R0n Paul should be Sec of the Treasury. Newt is a putz.

Rick Santorum is perfect for America at this particular point in time. At no other time in the history of this nation have we needed a 100% ProLife leader more than we do today. Respect for human life is the MOST pressing issue in the world today. Without a leadership, that recognizes the the sanctity and dignity of the human person, at the helm, America and indeed the world, will suffer much more severely during this coming chastisement from God.

Rick Santorum said, "What I will do as president...is talk about the dangers of contraception." Now the media is taking him up on it. Unfortunately, many voters in this country are going to look at this as a referendum on contraception and Rick as poster boy for anti-contraception. Not to mention a referendum on pre-natal testing.

Rick wanted the discussion, he got it, but he's not going to like the results.

having the courage to talk about a controversial subject is enough.. agree or disagree with him.... results are up to God,,, Christains share our faith not impose it...

Santorum is facing and staring down the media like no other candidate! He has more guts than the other ones combimed! I’m with Rick!

But does he have the courage to take his rug off?

The key problem with all establishment politicians is

You have a voting record because you served as a person to get things passed your President wanted. That isn’t always good for you.

They should be serving their constituents not the party or the President. When they serve other than their constituents then they have lost their purpose and are no longer worth of trust.

Well, you are right. But that isn’t how it works. Remember, those constituents may have wanted whatever their President wanted too, but in order to get it, the Bill has to make through Congress.

That is where the wheeling and dealing go on. There are very few that haven’t participated in the sausage making at one time or another, which is why I mentioned that is it difficult when a Congressman or Senator runs for President. Of course the same doesn’t hold if you are a Democrat.

If the Pres and his constituents both want it, no problems then, but too many politicians sell out their constituents for the good of the party. This can be seen every day, just look at the government debt.

Oh please

Santorum is a VERY weak candidate, lacking all the things I would look to have in facing Obama (save a conservative platform): he’s super-boring, lousy debater, not charming, not a winner, and not a leader... he’s never ran anything larger than his own Senate office.

I would bet a lot of money he would be trounced in November.

And Santorum looked awful last night, who’s he going to win over with that snotty smirk and overacting... seems like a guy who’s not used to being talked back to.

Clearly if Ricky had faced even a fraction of the heat Gingrich has taken he’d been back home with the kids months ago... this is the great hope for the GOP?

Pathetic

A simple I support Newt in the primary but will support Rick Santorum when he wins the general election would have been sufficent my FRiend... Why do the Newt folks feel they need to bash Rick Santorum? It is NOT pretty...

I have said that I would vote for Newt in the unlikely event that he wins the primary.. Until then I will enthusiasticly support Rick Santorum in the primary AND in the general election if the current trend keeps up... I agree that Rick was not at his best last night. I hope he does much better on GBTV tonight. I don’t expect Glenn to go easy on him but I do expect that he will be giving him a fair shot to answer real questions and make the case for why us conservatives should support him.. I expect he will do very well tonight.

No courage required, just a reasonable application of common-sense based on observation during the campaign:

If Santorum wins the nomination, he will be like a goldfish in a bowl full of sharks. Nice guy. Too nice. That’s likely why he’s flustered far too easily when attacked. He would quickly wither under the relentless pounding the DEMS and their enforcement arm (the MSM) is going to issue to the eventual nominee.

Now, I’ll vote for whoever wins the nomination, even if it’s Santorum. But if it is Santorum, then my expectations that we will unseat Obama will be diminished.

If you accept the premise that GOD is in control and we just need to get on HIS plan... than you will have CONFIDENCE that a GOLDFISH in a bowl full of sharks who has the protection of God will be a goldfish who is protected because GOD is able to shut the mouths of the sharks and render them powerless... Notice I said it is GOD who shuts the mouths not the goldfish.. Ever heard of Daniel in the Lion’s Den? Did Daniel control the Lions or did God?
