Business as usual in El Paso. On two occasions last week women with 100 kilos of pot were busted at separate checkpoints. My guess is one or both of them "fingered" Gandara since he's charged with conpiracy.
The Feds threw the whole alphabet (FBI,DEA,ICE,IRS) at him in the investigation so they might actually get a conviction.
