TEA Party was an individual thing which just happened to have a nationwide appeal.

Seems one person in this country rationalizes the consent of government to govern is hereby revoked. Clears doubts of why this gaggle of Congresscritters felt compelled to enact outrageous, without due process legislation in lieu of, let's say passing a valid budget.

Both. Can't be a "collective" action without some brave individuals leading the way, and others following in their footsteps. Sorry to say it, but I'm jaded enough to believe that while many will cheer the few on, most are too cowardly to follow suit.
