Its a Fair question for Speculation. Newt not going to drop out.
But lets say he does what happens to Newt 75 Delegates from SC and GA. In both Elections Mittens came in second. Do these delegates drop down to Mittens or are the Delegates unbound.
an Additional 75 Delegates for Mittens makes 1144 lot easier to reach.
