Van Jones Seemingly Thrilled With Capitalism When It Comes To Selling His Book

Excerpted from TheBlaze – Van Jones has been making the rounds on various media outlets recently to promote his new book, “Rebuild the Dream.”

But some are asking, won’t the former “green jobs czar” and “Occupy” advocate feel uncomfortable with his riches in the often-protested 1%? He said just this weekend that “[The] Occupy movement pretty much saved the entire country from destruction,” and we all know how Occupiers feel about greedy capitalists.

Some are even saying Jones appears “super excited” about the capitalist system. He took the time to direct his Twitter followers to his book’s page on Amazon (one of those “giant corporations”).

He tweeted Sunday: “Whew! Just got off the set of @ThisWeekABC! @GStephanopoulos mentioned my book @RebuildDream twice! Yay! amazon.com/Rebuild-Dream-…”

Definitely from the “What is mine is MINE and what is yours is OURS, well MINE” crowd.

I used to quip that I might(well NO) be able to get on board the environmental movement if participants in the yearly ‘meeting’ were to get to their destination in blimps, bicycles and sailboats and live in grass huts or tents in Zimbabwe rather than EVERY ATTENDEE arriving in a private jet while their staffs come in 747’s, then taxi cabbing to air conditioned 5 star hotels.

If you are a communist, you are by definition a fool.

From the Communist Manifesto, page one:

“It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies”

And on the last page:

“The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims.”

So basically we have the fact that all prominent communists like Van Jones consistently renounce their own ideology through their participation in the free markets.

And as for Marx and Engels calling for open declaration of communist views, they were way off. Communists never were and never will be able to be open about their views, because the ideology has no value of its own.
