The day rapidly draws near when society will decide that the non-traditional jerks are "offensive" -- and when that day comes, they better watch out.
I’ve been done with all the PC crap for a long time. I hope this bright young girl doesn’t knuckle to the pressure and change the picture. If someone gets offended, which I doubt, that’s THEIR problem. They can FOAD.
Wow, I guess it’s nice to know that I can still be surprised.
At the end they say the superintendent wants the mural to stay. But it’s already been painted over, so I take it he thinks the part with the husband and wife was offensive.

The way I understood it, the mural hasn’t been painted yet. She apologized if the sketch offended anyone, but hadn’t decided whether she’d change it or not. Maybe I got it wrong...I was seeing red the whole time the clip was running.

Her sin wasn’t the traditional family thingee, its the fact that the family she depicted was white. And that got her in trouble.
Had she painted a black family, you think for a millisecond that any of those feckless swine would have DARED to paint it over?
The “public school” is BY FAR, the largest, most expensive, most subversive, and most destructive entitlement program in the country.
The “public school” is better understood as the “government school collective”.
It is silly to imagine that you can fix the public schools, because the very concept itself is communist.
Any child that comes out of the government school collective with their moral compass and common sense intact does so in spite of the government school indoctrination, not because of it.
If you want to win the culture war, have lots of children (see my tagline) and homeschool them or form your own school cooperative with your church or synagogue and like-minded friends and relatives.
Nobody loves your children more than you do.
Nobody can teach your children like you can.
Your children would love nothing better than to be taught by you, if you start doing so before they are corrupted by the government school collective.
It is hypocritical for you to submit your children to an authority with whom you fundamentally disagree. And your children will know it.
If you have children, make whatever sacrifices you must to get them out of the public schools.
DO NOT FEED THE BEAST!
Especially not with your own children.

FOAD !!!! I used to use FOAD all the time. I didn’t think that anyone else ever used that. Good for you. It’s about time people started pushing back; the opposition may be a mile wide, but they are a yard deep. They will crumble. We have the power, we’re all just too nice to use it. Maybe a little more FOAD in our responses will be good for us . . . and the country.

A drawing of a couple with a child is OFFENSIVE? What would be “correct” according to that school official? Maybe a guy in jail? Maybe a school teacher with a 10 year old boy toy? Maybe three guys with whips and sex swing? What are they looking for??

Absolutely. I wonder if the future world won’t be saved by all the homeschooled kids who can think instead of these indoctrinated souls.
