I’d like to get a lawyer’s opinion on this, but in the case of someone like Michael Nutter — the mayor of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — does he have any legal protection that requires the taxpayers of Philadelphia to pay his legal bills if he is sued personally for slander? I mean, it’s not as if he has any reason to make ANY statements at all, in his capacity as Philadelphia’s mayor, about a shooting in Florida.
Any lawyers out there? What do you think?

Personally, I’d start with the deep pockets of Al Sharpton’s employer, the Microsoft/National Broadcasting Company.
Then all of a sudden ABC decides that they're gonna enhance the video, and they say that they strip a layer away -- this is police video, by the way, now -- and that all of a sudden, lo and behold, there is evidence of injury on the back of George Zimmerman's head.
Now it is CNN saying that after enhancing the audio of Zimmerman's 911 call, they don't think he used a racial slur after all.
The Lynch Mob Media achieved its purpose. It whipped up a frenzy of racial hatred to promote its leftist agenda. Now they're doing a few "oops" corrections to try and save some credibility with the gullible. Only a fool would buy anything they peddle after this.

Yes, he should sew as many as he can and after he gets a large settlement he should move to Switzerland or some other country and stay there until he dies.
