How can the Obama Adminiatration pick this company, when the decision is up to individual states and jurisdictions to select the method of vote tabulation?

Good question. I posed this to our county elections supervisor and he told me pretty much the same story.
Exactly correct and people need to chill out.
Think about it.
The election for president isn’t one election—it’s 50 separate elections on the same day. Here in Alabama, our votes will be counted in this state, by Alabamians. In fact, each jurisdiction counts and tabulates their votes, makes the results PUBLIC, and the votes are sent to the county, which does the same. There’s no way in Hell, for example, that white conservative Alabamians are going to vote for Obama or his monstrous party. If we see that happening through tabulation fraud, we’ll be visitin’ the tabulators with more than pitchforks and torches....

No kidding. Obviously this company in spain isn’t going to do what people think they are going to do, which is count all our votes and report a winner. The question is, just what it is that they ARE hired to do. I would like to know.
