Like his promise to improve our lot by rejecting "the failed policies of the last four years" he has failed to deliver. For those tempted to pardon that failure as an inevitable result of Rethuglican pushback and underestimating just how much it is all Bush's fault - Obama is the one who claimed he was up to the task, not his detractors. If all that was needed in 2008 were wild promises and a great golf game we could have elected Chi Chi Rodriguez. Come to think of it, even Chi Chi could have guessed right at least half the time.
And Chi Chi Rodriguez was born in Puerto Rico, so unquestionably a “natural born citizen.”
Too many opportunities for miscommunication with disastrous consequences in a Chi Chi presidency.
