I am not complaining about anything, although my French teacher would have subtracted points for an omitted or incorrect accent.

BTW, I am proof learning a foreign language in high school is not all it is cracked up to be. I took 4 years of French & retained maybe ½ day's worth of knowledge. :)

With four years of four different foreign languages that I took in high school, I found that the one year of Latin was the best choice even though I wasn’t aware of it at the time. It is the “foundation” of the others and English, also.
