And this is a bad thing?
The New York Times reported Apple paid cash taxes of $3.3 billion around the world on its reported profits of $34.2 billion last year, a tax rate of 9.8%. . . .

I am not an Apple fan, by any stretch of the imagination, and there are a lot of things I hold against them.
However, Apple have my admiration for being able to avoid paying confiscatory American taxes, IF and ONLY IF they are not donating money to politicians who want to tax me into penury.
If I have the SLIGHTEST indication that they are promoting pro-tax politicians, I will have yet another reason to despise Apple.
