Wendy Long | New York Senate
Endorsed: April 3, 2012 snip
Wendy joined Americans United for Life and was soon driven by the desire to defend pro-life principles as a lawyer. Wendy received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where she studied under the direction of a great pro-life legal scholar, the late Professor Victor G. Rosenblum. She also studied at Harvard Law School under another prominent pro-life legal scholar, Professor Mary Ann Glendon. Her professional legal career includes serving as a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, a law clerk for Judge Ralph K. Winter on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, and private practice with the Kirkland & Ellis law firm in New York City.
Recently, Wendy Long won an overwhelming 47% plurality of delegates at the New York Republican Convention. Her two male opponents received 27% and 25% of the vote, respectively. The primary election will take place on June 26. Wendy Long also received the unanimous endorsement of the New York Conservative Party after garnering 91% of the delegate votes at their convention, and so she is assured a place on the November ballot to face abortion advocate Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

FYI
Wendy Long is great, she has our support.
Thanks for the post and ping.
Replacing the very liberal, disingenuous Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand with a strong pro-life, very well-educated, intelligent, gutsy conservative, like Wendy Long, will help the entire country.
Many say while it’s difficult to get Chuck Schumer out of office, Kirsten Gillibrand is a lot more vulnerable.
We can’t do much better than Wendy Long as she is a CONSTITUTIONAL SCHOLAR, who promoted Roberts and Alito (when she worked for the (then) Judicial Confirmtion Network).
Hope she gets your attention soon Mark Levin.
