"The only verified content seems to be that the President was alive during the years depicted and that he must, therefore, have had a father..." I am not so sure about that. Obutthole might be some kind of alien life form. I think he probably got his start in a petri dish on board a space craft, or in the lab of some distant planet. His builders did a reasonable job of making him look human, but if you listen to him talk for 5 minutes you quickly realize there is nothing terrestrial about this strange life form.

Mr. Semmens' prescience is on full sail display here; as this "semi-satire" is being entered into Mister Obama's teleprompters at this moment.
John, you have treated us to great-and-scary stuff this week, as usual.
Parting question.
Should Fox News (who tried unsuccessfully to do a half-hour satire/news comedy a few years back) consider reprising the idea, using the Semmens columns as initial ideas?
