THE CRISIS OF LEGITIMACY: Boehner said to be blocking Issa committee vote on contempt
Sipsey Street Irregulars ^ | 5/22/12 | Dutchman6

Lapdog AP reporter Jordy Yager writes: Rep. Issa might not have the votes to push forward Holder contempt charge>

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) might not have the votes in his own committee to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.

A number of Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are wary of moving forward with Issa’s proposed measure, putting the powerful chairman in an awkward position as he attempts to build support for the move. . .

Two of the committee’s 23 Republicans have declined to support the measure at this point, while five other GOP panel members did not respond to repeated requests for comment over the last two weeks.

When compared with the 16 Republicans on the committee who have actively been speaking in favor of the measure, the silence, lack of outspoken support and desire by these eight GOP caucus members to avoid the issue could be a problem for Issa.

Republican leadership has been hesitant and reluctant to voice its support for Issa’s move, possibly owing to the chairman’s inability to guarantee the measure’s passage in his own committee. . .

“The only thing I want to know is what do the Rats have on Boehner.”

Convinced of the same from the first golf pic with Obama.

FF ping list:

From the article (whole article needs to be read):

Main Justice’s version.

I received this little bit of news this morning while I was in the ER yet again. I made some calls from there. What I learned made me livid. One source I trust implicitly says that the story is correct.

“They (the GOP leadership) don’t think that they will suffer for failure to follow through. They’re scared of Holder’s race card. . . they’re scared of Trayvon. They think if they let Issa fail, that it will only be a story in the blogosphere for a day . . . that they can weather it. . . . They exert pressure behind the scenes on those weak-kneed bastards (GOP congressmen), promise them shit and when the vote happens it will only look like Issa’s case was weak. . . It will be his fault, not theirs.”

Prayers for Dutchman6....

The Rep. National Committee recently sent me a letter asking for money.

YEAH RIGHT, YOU SPINELESS BASTARDS!

NOT ONE RED CENT. (LET’S CHANGE THAT: OBAMA HAS THE “RED” CENT”; THE REPUBLICANS HAVE PLAY MONEY).

I’M TIRED OF ALL THESE BALL-LESS GOP BASTARDS. LET’S SWEEP THEM OUT TOO.

Thanks, J4J...

Each of these Reps need their phones to ring off the wall and be asked if they support Chairman Issa and holding Loser Holder in contempt.

Me too. I plan to keep those RNC donation callers on the phone all night saying “I am not contributing to you any more unless you have a way to keep my money from going to those @%&%%’s Boehner, McCain, Snowe, Collins or any other pseudo communists”. and they will say Blah, Blah, Blah and then repeat all over. But it will prevent them from getting contributions from stupid “toopid in PC lingo” people.

How many dead people does Boehner need to see over the gun running plot?

Turns out the DEA parties overseas like the Secret Service, by the way. Misogynists and murderers, these DEA deadbeats. Why doesn’t Boehner have a problem with that? Holder could not possibly be more exposed. If he was a white man, he would already be in prison for life. Holder is a criminal mastermind, exporting guns with taxpayer cash and importing drugs with taxpayer cash, and running a protection racket for Sinaloa cartel, at the behest of Obama, Clinton, and Napolitano, aided by the Mexican government.

I mean, there are 4 TONS of dope floating around in California’s Dana Point Harbor RIGHT NOW!

Hey Boehner: where is the Border Patrol on interdiction? Did someone get paid off in Justice, Homeland Security, Congress?

What is the deal?

The RNC caller to my house will hear “in exchange for my support you give me John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and Mitt Romney. Three different ways to tell me as a conservative to get lost.”

Not a dime for the RNC. I contribute only to conservative candidates on a direct basis.

Dear Representative Gardner:
Dear Senator Udall:
Dear Senator Bennet:

Let's call Fast and Furious, Castaway, "Grenade Walker" and "Cash Walker" what they are. State-sponsored terrorism.

On this side of the border they are violations of the RICO Act. In Mexico and Honduras it is state-sponsored terrorism.

What else would you call heavily arming international criminal syndicates within foreign countries wherein those countries are in a death struggle with those syndicates?

Especially when it goes beyond thousands of assault rifles to include grenades, RPGs, shoulder fired rockets, anti-aircraft guns, night vision equipment, body armor and special deals to bring their drugs onto our soil with legal impunity?

Not to mention the just-revealed news that the rip crew that killed BP Agent Brian Terry was there with DEA and FBI assistance and approval to attack and kill a rival cartel's smuggling crew.

Let's not leave out the FBI and DEA laundering millions of dollars for the drug cartels by setting up bank accounts for them that they otherwise couldn't do.

It is organized, it is spread throughout every Federal LEA and it violates numerous domestic laws and numerous statutes and treaties that deal with foreign nations. Yet none of it has been officially sanctioned by Congress. (that I know of) It is the Federal government acting like mafioso.

Pres. Obama, AG Eric Holder and Sec. State Hillary Clinton are all deeply involved in this and it is unquestionably state-sponsored terrorism by the definition used to define states like Iran and North Korea.

PS: if you think I am wrong or exaggerating any of this I will be glad to bring you up to speed with very well sourced articles, legal depositions (publically available) and other public information that verifies every word I have said.

Either you are with these criminals or you are with U.S. I implore you to get informed, get involved and act or get run over by this. This lawless scandal is not going away.

Sincerely,

Mr. (TigersEye)

I strongly encourage all FReepers to sign that petition and to send their own thoughts about this to their Congress critters. Let them know that you are aware of this issue and that you are not going to forget about it. Let them know you will be watching to see what they do about it.
