Perhaps you might consider that whatever the Newsie said or did, the behavior and language of the uniformed officer is a disgrace. That officer is in need of attitude adjustment, followed by loss of LEO certification.
This officer clearly can’t take an oath to support and defend the Constitution because he has no idea of the basic constructs of America and the Constitution.
