Great speech. You may not like Romney because he is not “conservative” enough, but he can win with that type of optimism. Let the PAC’s do the negative, (which I think is Romney’s plan), and he will do the “shining mansion on the hill” speeches. I don’t care how we beat Obama, just that we do it, and hopefully in a landslide.

I guess it all depends on your definition of capitalism and I have doubts that Romney holds the same definition I do.

My electric company got approval to raise rates to make up for “losses” resulting from market fluctuations and falling demand. Basically protecting stockholders from the risk that they chose to take. Meanwhile, the same company is building wind farms that no one wants.

When the rules of supply and demand no longer apply, we cease to be a capitalistic society.
