I don't know that SCOTUS could declare a treaty unconstitutional.
Maybe not the treaty itself, but treaties require implementing legisliation to give the provisions the force of law. Those laws and regulations can be unconstitutional.

Maybe just its enforcement? After all, if a treaty violates the first amendment rights of US citizens on US soil, I would assume it is pretty much unenforceable. I would certainly hope so!

Yes, I’m thinking of the concept of unenforceable clauses in contracts. I cannot obligate myself, contractually, to give up one of my kids if I can’t make the payments, regardless of what it says in the contract.
