Wow! With Obamacare, Kathleen Sebelius is going to be VERY busy!

Kathleen Sebelius is the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.

This is the text of the Obamacare bill.

A text search of the document shows that the phrase “secretary shall” appears 1,005 times.

Let’s take a look at some examples.

Secretary of Health and Human Services can waive obamaTAXcare for businesses or groups.

Mitt should just hire a Secretary of Health and Human Services that will just OFFER A WAIVER FOR EVERYONE.

That would spell the end for obamaTAXcare.

Amazing obama thinks they can decide which companies to tax. It would put some companies at a competitive disadvantage. Would a small burger hut be able to compete against McDonald’s if they don’t get the same waiver.

Businesses may as well all unionize so that they can get a waiver if obama is reelected. unions seem to be the groups most likely to get the waivers. A lot of businesses in Pelosi’s district have gotten a waiver too.

HHS can deem pretty much whatever is on her/mind at any given moment.

[There are thousands of different medical services, and there are 300 million people who receive those medical services. And yet somehow, Sebelius has enough time to handle all of that. And not just the time, but also the necessary knowledge to make sure that all of those 300 million people get all of the health care services that they need, and without causing too much of a rise in premiums. She must be like some kind of superhero!]

All this will be accomplished (or not) by a gigantic new bureaucracy that will be staffed by good Democrat union members. That's what ObamaCare and Dodd-Franks is about—growing government, saving the unions and filling the DNC treasury.

Their goal is to make it so big and so intertwined that it will be “impossible” to repeal it.

When the wrong the bill it was almost like they never intended a right of center republican president again. With this kind of flexibility, the correct person could completely dismantle the law with strokes of a pen and no congressional involvement.

The GOP needs to learn lessons in ramming it back to the libs using their own laws.
