ImpeachJusticeRobertsPJTitl

On March 12, 1804, the first generation of our Founders impeached sitting Supreme Court Justice Samuel Chase. This Constitutional authority has been used to remove 7 Federal Judges and force many others to resign in disgrace. We submit that Justice Roberts has failed in his sworn oath to uphold the Constitution in at least 5 ways.

Thanks for this thread.

For those who want to “keep the devil that we know,” then when do you choose when to hold the devil accountable?

Impeachment should proceed rapidly on Traitor John Roberts. Justice on the Chief Justice should be swift and severe.

Impeachment should also be extended to those sorry justices that cite laws from other Nations to justify their decisions.

To attempt an Impeachment of Obama, Roberts or other Justices after the National Election is to insure that no one will be held accountable for the next 4 years.

Romney would probably pardon all of them “for the good of the Nation.”

Ex-foreign student Obama would just laugh.

Now that Chief Justice John Roberts has destroyed the boundary between the Judiciary and the Legislative Branches of the US Federal Government by changing a legally approved fine into a tax with no vote from the Legislature, there is no limit to what laws the SCOTUS can now reinterpret to their benefit.

The backdoor conversion of a fine in Obama”care” into a tax by Justice Roberts requires that The People convert the other Rogue rulings of the SOCTUS into rulings consistent with the US Constitution.

Obviously this cannot be done by lawyers, as lawyers do not obey laws, they just reinterpret laws to suit themselves.

Obama”care” is the Death Knell for America, and this horrific law was upheld by our politically-divided SCOTUS.

The People must rewrite the US Constitution so as to restore the System of Checks and Balances between our co-equal branches of Government, first with the Judiciary, and then a very severe reduction in the authority of the office of the President.

Since the “RINO——Liberal Agenda Media-——Democrat Iron Triangle” will always join forces to oppose reversing the decline of America, the State Constitutional Conventions are the non-violent, peaceful Court of Last Resort for Americans who seek greater Liberty than we have now, due to the Bolshevik actions of Dodd, Frank, Obama, and the epileptic brain fit of Traitor John Boberts.

“Bu this standard congress would have had to impeach half of the justices from the 60s onward.”

So true, if “go along to get along” was in impeachable offense, there wouldn’t be enough Republicans left in congress to hold a hearing.

After this disasterous decision, you really believe it could get worse?

Definitely! I’ve never been a Roberts fan, but he has at least been acceptable in the past. Maybe was indeed off his meds. Anyone the kenyan appoints would be out to destroy this Country.

Would this not allow Obama to appoint another judge? Is this what we want?

What difference would that make. He owns Roberts now.

A so-called Conservative President appointed this SOB.

WE just got F’ed in the biggest case to ever hit the Supreme Court

How much worse can it get? The Senate has to approve whoever gets picked.

Impeach this guy, Get him out of there.Otherwise we face years and years of his crappy rulings.

George Bush was a regular conservative firebrand compared to Romney. I’d rather take my chances with Roberts than give Romney one more opportunity to nominate a liberal.

Judges are a funny breed. You never know what you’re going to get when you nominate one to a lifetime appointment. After all, Reagan nominated Kennedy and he’s all over the place. The federal judge who fully acquitted the Hutaree here in Michigan is a black female Clinton appointee.

I with you. Given Romney’s record and Obama’s policies, the devil we know is probably far better than the devil we’d get under either of those two.

No, impeach Elena Kagan! That ... female shouldn’t have been on the bench in the first place, much less allowed to preside over this case when she worked on its defense!

If we rid ourselves of the Chief Justice, we merely get another judge nominated by either Obama or Romney (who just argued that it is not a tax, but a penalty - where do you think he will go with this, folks?).

Who gives a damn. The decision just reached by the court is the same if Obama appointed the Chief Justice.

There is no difference when the power brokers have decreed national socialism, and one-world government.

Either way, if a conservative was appointed, the republicans in office will not agree to fight for him or her, so it matters not who the President appoints if the Conservatives will not put up a fight.

So I say, who gives a damn.

To Israel I say, if they did not know it already, that they are on their own. I wonder where, if there are survivors this time, we will find to put them with with their own country - you know, to assuage our guilt.

The Choom-in-Chief will propose something wise.

Kind of a silly idea.

He did not create the tax, he just called it what it is.

We can bitch all we want, but the fact of the matter is that the only way things are going to change is by voting ALL of the critters out of office.

An incredible amount of energy, time, attention and political capital has been uselessly dumped into the sewers of Birtherism, eligibility, NBC definitions, ad nauseum — WAY TOO MUCH distraction for no demonstrable gain from these energy ‘sinks’.

Let us NOT erect yet another monument to futility by investing ANY energy, time, attention or political capital in a vain pursuit of Injustice Roberts for dereliction of duty, vanity, stupidity, ‘screwing the pooch’ or general mopery and dopery.

The ‘Main Thing’ is the November General Election. Take the Senate and the House, clean out as many RINOs as we can and, ABOVE ALL ELSE, dump Obama back into the private sector forevermore !!!

Similarly, do NOT lose sight of the need for similar housekeeping in the State and Local elections ...

Then, ‘lather, rinse and repeat’ in every Local, State and Federal election, going forward, forevermore ...

THAT is a To-Do list sufficient to occupy us all USEFULLY ‘til we finish it, NO ???

What difference would that make? This guy just blew the country away by being a lib activist judge. How could it get worse than this with an Obama pick? ..... Same as.

Although it should be, moral cowardice isn’t an impeachable offense. Roberts will just live with the shame.

Actually that's debatable. The US constitution has different qualifications for the terms of a SCOTUS judges than it does for other branches of government. The US Constitution says: The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior...

The Constitution does not define the term "good behavior." This means that moral cowardice, constitutional subversion, abuse of power, or any other crime can constitute bad behavior if it can be reasonably defined as bad behavior. Consequently, if a majority of the House votes to impeach and requisite votes in the senate feel that moral cowardice has constituted bad behavior, a judge can be removed from office. The founders did not intend judges to be impossible to remove from office, only difficult.

The Obamacare decision constitutes a serious abuse of power for which the majority needs to be taken to task. One of the major reason the court has become so lawless is because Congress has refused to use the threat of its impeachment power for so long.
