On Sunday, White House chief of staff Jacob Lew and House minority leader Nancy Pelosi took to the morning shows to claim that the Obamacare individual mandate tax is not a tax. The plain language of the law says otherwise.
The Obamacare law employs several terms to describe the tax Americans will pay if they choose not to purchase qualifying health insurance (as defined by Obama-appointed HHS bureaucrats). Take this article and others I found to the fight to the Libs on their own turf; put the Left on the defensive at Digg and at Reddit and in Stumbleupon and Delicious
Well la dee da. Check out Mark Levin and get an education about what the constitution says about what is a tax and what is not.
Ask Obama why they need all those new IRS agents
And I double guarantee that the last thing the average person wants to see is the IRS expanding by 5000-10000 agents
They will go ballistic when they find this out
That is why ads have to be run on TV and in papers by the GOP if they had ant brains at all
Here's YOUR education, smart guy:
Check out the Internal Revenue Code, Title 26, § 7701 (a) (14):
Taxpayer The term taxpayer means any person subject to any internal revenue tax.
AND
Obamacare Title 26 USC § 5000A (b)
(1) ... there is hereby imposed on the taxpayer a penalty with respect to such failures in the amount determined under subsection (c).
(2) ...Any penalty imposed by this section with respect to any month shall be included with a taxpayers return...
BUT THAT'S OKAY!
When the IRS snaps it's fingers, YOU just reply, "Well la dee da, Mark Levin and Nancy Pelosi say it ain't a tax, so get lost."
go read the constitution as to what defines a tax....
