Our firewall blocks it because it is a viral video. What’s it about?

A brave and gutsy young man refuses to answer if he is an American citizen at a checkpoint, then refuses to pull over to a secondary line until his status can be determined.

End the end, the officers have no choice but to let him go on his way. But only because he refused to be intimidated into following their "orders/requests."

There is a lesson here for all of us...

Why would this video go viral? I for one am FED UP with the foreign invasion advancing through our southern border. Yes the traffic backup sucks, but I’ll gladly stop at a few checkpoints if it means we’re finally cracking down on illegals. Stop them, check them, ship them ALL back to their sh!t-hole country.

The context of the video is a bit hard to discern. It doesn’t identify where the driver is or what he is being stopped for. Hard to make a judgment call without that info.

Our firewall blocks it because it is a viral video.

What firewall does that? How does it know?

What’s it about?

A guy tired of immigration interior checkpoints and their attendant traffic jams. 141,986 views.

Romney's self-deportation idea would work much better.

I think maybe this took place in Arizona.

Here's a link to his blog: http://www.sanderson1611.blogspot.com/

The Youtube video has been seen by almost 150,000 people since it was posted on the 9th of July.

I absolutely guarantee you that that is NOT what they are looking for at these New York checkpoints. New York welcomes illegals with open arms.

The price of Liberty IS risk. Everyone loves liberty up and until the discussion of risk is introduced into the conversation.

If we quit educating illegals, did not allow them to buy or rent housing, and refused medical care then you would not need checkpoints.

I want bad ass border control. But checkpoints in the interior, even 20 minutes from the border is unacceptable. I don’t want DUI checkpoints, seatbelt checkpoints, and while we are at it let’s fire a full 60 percent of law enforcement, as the worthless gubment cheese swilling union thug heavies that they are. Yes, I am willing to accept the risk concurrent with that action.

If you want freedom, if you want liberty you must shoulder risk. If you talk about liberty but don’t talk about risk you are not serious.

There was a thread here a few back around March (?) about new bullet proof check point booths being ordered.

Anyone know the correct set of questions we should pose to them or which part of the state law or Constitution we need to carry in the glove box so we don’t get hauled in or shot for not complying?

The problem is that we are not cracking down on illegals, we are cracking down on citizens. Illegals get a go free pass. America is becoming a police state because they are intentionaly flooding the streets with illegals as an excuse for police excess. When they enforce the laws against illegals, then they might have standing reason to break the constitutional restraints on unlawful search and detainment. But Obama publicly and on record refuses to enforce the laws, and often breaks them. This is not a dictatorship, and if we do not resist it will become one. This man is a patriot.

The only fence these arsehat politicians will build will have the barbed wire to the inside.

If they're looking for illegals, it's probably to get them reported to INS so they can get them hooked up with some "community organizers" who will get them in line for amnesty and registered to vote before November.

Hell, I'd just settle for checks after someone is arrested, followed by speedy deportation. I agree with everything you say. How are my 4th Amendment rights negotiable when they won't even seal the border? This country is a shell of what it once was.
