Rentals in Denton are a bit high due to the colleges. Lewisville, etc higher. There are condos that might rent in that range in Denton. Sanger and Krum have cheaper rents, about 10 minutes out. Ou might consider a manufactured home as a rental nit. Suggest ou come down and stay at one of the extended stay motels in Denton, and go look. Right now the rental availability is good, but will tighten up as Sept approaches. Good luck
