Seems I wasted over 2 decades of my life fighting against illegal immigration. I started when I left the Navy and took control of a small family business in 1987, way before most noticed the problem.
I have sent much money to FAIR, have demonstrated on the streets, and even was a Minuteman for awhile (until different factions made them irrelevant). I even worked with Jim Gilchrist (founder of Minutemen) one day in his own home. Now all he has is a website looking for donations.
I'm close to giving up, especially after Bambi gave some 800,000 a free pass over Congressional authority.

And I don't want to hear about a RVII or CVII. It won't happen - few have the cojones nor the secure comms to organize for a fight against the greatest military machine in the world. It's over. Doesn't matter if we keep the House and gain the Senate and the WH. They won't turn against the "gimmes" for the want of another term and retaining power.
Almost the majority of people in this country want free stuff and are now getting some according to recent reports. Does anyone really think that departments, agencies, wastefull programs will be eliminated? If you think so, you are living in a dream world. The USA will become a secondary socialist nation within 10 years or less.
We were destined to fail because the Founding Fathers would not put term limits in place during the Constitutional debates. Good idea - short sighted for the future.
With term limits and every other year Congressional sessions, we could have had a longer run. Look at Texas, the most economically sound State because their legislature meets every other year, which does less harm.
You can argue my points, but always believe that politicians look to make a name for themselves in history. That's why they push their own bills and agendas, not to mention being corrupt by power.
