Romney can make a good dent in the unemployment numbers simply by putting the coal miners and oil field workers back to work. This in itself would be a huge boost to the American economy. After that Romney needs to fire a bunch of meddling and unproductive government bureaucrats.

O will take HI, CA, IL, and DC.

Are you sure about CA? :)

Today in a grocery store I saw some guy wearing a Kerry-Edwards T-shirt. No joke. Last weekend I saw someone else wearing a "Hillary" T-shirt.

Maybe a bunch of Dems are going to conduct their own private write-in campaigns.

It may be interesting to note that the Chicago Climate Exchange in spite of its hype, is a veritable rat’s nest of cronyism. The largest shareholder in the Exchange is Goldman Sachs. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is its honorary chairman, The Joyce Foundation, which funded the Exchange also funded money for John Ayers’ Chicago School Initiatives. John is the brother of William Ayers.] [In 2000 and 2001, while Barack Obama served as a board member for a Chicago-based charitable foundation, he helped to fund a pioneering carbon trading exchange that is likely to fill a critical role in the controversial cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme that President Obama is now trying to push rapidly through Congress.] Big Red Bow (#19) [In 1997, Strong went on to accept from Tongsun Park, who was found guilty of illegally acting as an Iraqi agent, $1 million from Saddam Hussein, which was invested in Cordex Petroleum Inc., a company he owned with his son, Fred.] [In 1953 Strong was hired out of the UN Security section and sent to Kenya by the Sidley Austin law firm acting for New York-based Rockefeller Family trusts which now handle university endowment funds and $55 trillion in the Carbon Disclosure Project.] “The social experiment in China under Chairman Moa’s leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history.” ~ David Rockefeller scary stuff and more at links, in connecting links, and threads..

These were some of the comments - thanks for suggesting freepers check them out - interesting stuff...

Question:

How many coal mines in IL, PA, OH?

If there are enough miners and their relatives to overcome the corruption votes in Chicago, Philadelphia and Cleveland, Romney-Ryan might just take them.......

O will take HI, CA, IL, and DC. That's about it.

Maryland, Massachussets, Oregon, Washington, New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut and almost certainly Pennsylvania. And don't write off Michigan just yet.

Those are the kind of people I was raised by and with, mill workers and loggers. I would rather talk to any of them than the idiots The Disaster is surrounded by.

Outstanding picture, simply staggering.

Are there any construction workers left? Nothing has been decimated as badly as construction.

This is America, folks. My heart breaks for these miners and their families. For their sake, and millions like them who are trying to keep their families and homes and have a decent life, I hope this election is a repeat of Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan.

Romney is Obama after a bath in Clorox.

This is official FR policy. Forget it at your peril.

Romney is Obama after a bath in Clorox.

Not sure I agree with that. It's not entirely wrong either though. However, I doubt we will get anywheres near the cast of micreants we currently have in the White House.

Not surprising, given Obama wants to shut down the coal industry.
