The Marxist Matrix
Self | 8/20/12 | Me

In his hour of electoral desperation, gasping for straws amidst the rising tide of his shipwrecked excuses and propaganda, Barack Hussein Obama, perhaps the greatest failure in Presidential history, has stripped away any hint of identity duplicity – carefully orchestrated media deception – and has finally allowed the public to witness the splendor of his true, insatiable self; a spiteful, racist extremist who wishes nothing more than to paint America bright Marxist red. Sure, there have been countless clues marking this systematic journey – frivolous bailouts, private enterprise takeovers, universal healthcare, social/economic justice through affirmative action, undermining Christian values/institutions, executive orders superseding the Constitution, an incessant call to disarm the political opposition – but countless skeptics still refuse to believe in, or more prophetically, see, the ruddy waters of tyranny. Regardless of such incredulity, or panned ignorance, it’s only a matter of time before an onion reveals itself, before a lie pushes the splinter of truth to the surface. That time is now.

In the past months alone, threatened by a tidal wave of voter discontent, a visibly agitated and unhinged Obama has both consciously and regretfully (only out of fear of reprisal) spewed some of the most ridiculous, Anti-American propaganda I’ve ever heard from a U.S. Politician, let alone the Oval Office. Sadly, ever since the whirlwind of McCarthyism engulfed America during the 1950’s, much of the politically correct public, and especially the media, has been ever reticent of calling such extremism, the most eminent threat to our way of life, by its true name: Communism.

Like a trapped voice suffocating beneath the echoing rubble of a Greek tragedy, Obama’s hateful, Marxist roots have risen to the forefront of the political landscape. First, there was the infamous “you didn’t build that” collectivist rant. In other words, forget your sacrifice, your ingenuity, your blood, sweat and tears; you are an indentured servant permanently indebted to the greater good, to your neighbor – if he or she has less than you - and to your benevolent, freedom usurping regime. In the bread lines of Marxism, the individual must never reach a height of self-awareness, success, that is greater than his/her fellow citizen, their omnipotent government, for it invokes independence; a free will that challenges mediocrity, the staus quo, and thus lusts for the open horizons of natural liberty. Sadly, this is the exact reason why God, religious doctrine, is relentlessly assailed and dismantled by collectivists; it represents a supreme authority, a spiritual reverence, which supercedes and erodes the state’s grip over the people. Not that openly presenting abortion, gay marriage, and promiscuity as healthy and natural behaviors - underneath the exploited veil of "Church & State" no less - has anything to do with such nefarious endeavors. School prayer, anyone?

Yes, discarded in the junkyard of leftists’ broken utopian ideology, the part, the individual, is never as significant or as ultimately successful as the whole; unless, that is, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Graham Bell, Orville Wright, Henry Ford, Bill Gates, Michael Jordan or Michael Phelps were never part of the American dream? Luckily, their unique contributions and talents didn’t rot away in the communal hospitality of Soviet Gulags or Cuban labor camps. Yes, somehow, Obama forgot to mention or even thank our forefathers, their Constitutional mandate, for preserving his radical rights; for making his very life and rise to power all the more possible. Too bad he skipped the best part – the entire jest of that watershed document – about limited government, God-given rights, accountability and self-reliance.

Not to be outdone by himself, our fearless leader took his Ruble roulette show to a whole new level. While gloating amidst his brainwashed supporters about the imaginary success of his GM takeover – a $19 stock value precipitated by a 41% decline in sales and a $35 billion loss billed to taxpayers – our fiscally challenged leader raised his proverbial first of totalitarian power and shouted, “Let’s do the same with every industry!” Sure, if raising the debt a record 5 trillion in 4 years without adding one net job is a unilateral triumph…why not! It’s not like private enterprise – the epitome of competition, innovation and economic vitality – could do any better, right? Sound anything like liberty, America, or the capitalist mantra which actually built the most powerful, affluent, and desired nation in the world? Not even if you’re Aeschylus in a wine, cheese and sword shop! Yes, there is something to be said for irony, $5000 rubber hammers and a bankrupt government that prints its own epitaph. Sorry, I meant money!

And lastly, the final cog in his ultimate goal of incinerating the Constitution with a Chevy Volt battery, Mr. Hussein exclaimed he wanted to forge "a new America in which prosperity is shared"...ie, not earned through the fruits of one’s labor and the peril of personal risk, merely taken from the successful, the industrious, and given to the less fortunate and/or those who refuse to work; unless to work the system. If that statement alone isn’t exponentially offensive to every single ideal America was predicated upon, every single man and woman who fought defending this country, then you took the blue pill long ago and Agent Smith is making you a yummy Cyanide Daiquiri as we speak.

Back home, in the land of sequestered reason and non-sedated martial arts, VP Candidate Paul Ryan had this simple retort: “We believe in equal opportunity, not equal outcomes”; meaning, you and I are free to pursue the life of our dreams – for better or worse – without withering beneath the glass ceiling of shackled opportunity. No, success is not guaranteed, but at the very least it is attainable in a sea of endless possibilities. And guess which vision the Constitution virulently supports, Neo? If the purpose of the Constitution is ensure individual liberties…which it is…the goal of progressivism is to siphon control, freedom of thought, from people’s daily lives. Unfortunately, if more and more of our brethren continue to disregard the supreme law of the land, the premise that is America, then we are destined not for greatness, rather to slowly drown in the stagnant waters of statism. Has the U.S.S.R, Cuba, or North Korea taught us nothing? Apparently not.

The fact Obama continues to incessantly demand that Mitt Romney – a law abiding citizen who embodies the American dream – release his tax returns, despite the reality he himself is sitting on a mountiantop of unparalled ineptitudes and excuses, is hypocritical and myopic to say the least. It is nothing more than Marxism 101: descredit and demonize the wealthy in order to incite anger, and thus, mobile the masses in order to deflect from your own shortcomings and most importantly, your radical ruse. Luckily, as November 6th, 2012 creeps increasingly closer, America is finally beginning to awaken from its apathetic slumber, only to find itself buried beneath the carnage of four years of historic failure, indignity, class warfare and the subversive blueprint of a man who is so arrogant, so misguided, that he will impose his radical and backwards ideology on our country at all costs; even if it means the collapse of our economy, our values, our fabled republic.

Anytime a leader – as well as elements within his own party – insidiously implies a political opponent gave a deceased woman cancer, or shamelessly claims a black Congressman, Allen West, of punching and robbing a white woman solely to further their political agenda, it speaks volumes to their character, their intentions, their very soul. Why would anyone, if they truly possessed any degree of moral fortitude, decency, listen to such a disingenuous person, let alone elect them? It is obvious such people have no honor or respect, merely a desire to cajole the public with Orwellian propaganda that makes the most astute voter wonder if it’s really 1984.

Instead of being manipulated into warring factions of rich versus poor, black versus white, Christianity versus secularism, freedom versus Big Government, “We the People” should be united in ridding our nation of the greatest domestic threat it has ever known: Barack Hussein Obama. Perhaps then his misplaced, foreign-born collegiate records, or even his innocuous scholarly writings, can come out of hiding so we can learn something we don't already know. Or should we just ask Bill Ayers? Everyone needs a role model, a misinformed publicist, or better yet, a good book. Know of any?

"A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right." Thomas Paine, Common Sense

"The whole gospel of Karl Marx can be summed up in a single sentence: Hate the man who is better off than you & never under any circumstances admit that his success may be due to his own efforts." Henry Hazlitt

You have accentuated the philosophical ideas which are dominating the so-called "progressive" effort. Those "ideas" are destructive of individual freedom and the principles embodied in America's Declaration of Independence and incorporated into its Constitution's protections.

On another thread today, Dr. Thomas Sowell discusses the need for a focus on principles, not "issues." This is, indeed, the focus which American citizens must bring to this election season if freedom is to survive.

Sowell's wisdom: it is the essential principles underlying our liberty which this Administration consistently attacks, while it keeps "the People's focus on mere "issues." Sowell says:

"When we confine our debates to the merits or demerits of particular executive orders, we are tacitly accepting arbitrary rule. The Constitution of the United States cannot protect us unless we protect the Constitution. But, if we allow ourselves to get bogged down in the details of particular policies imposed by executive orders, and vote solely on that basis, then we have failed to protect the Constitution — and ourselves."

The underlined statement here is critical to our liberty, and we can refer to the closing paragraphs of Justice Story's "Commentaries on the Constitution . . . ." for the reliability of Sowell's claim, as well as countless statements from the Framers of our Constitution and other Justices. Examples:

" If these Commentaries shall but inspire in the rising generation a more ardent love of their country, an unquenchable thirst for liberty, and a profound reverence for the constitution and the Union, then they will have accomplished all, that their author ought to desire. Let the American youth never forget, that they possess a noble inheritance, bought by the toils, and sufferings, and blood of their ancestors; and capable, if wisely improved, and faithfully guarded, of transmitting to their latest posterity all the substantial blessings of fife, the peaceful enjoyment of liberty, property, religion, and independence. The structure has been erected by architects of consummate skill and fidelity; its foundations are solid; its compartments are beautiful, as well as useful; its arrangements are full of wisdom and order; and its defences are impregnable from without. It has been reared for immortality, if the work of man may justly aspire to such a title. It may, nevertheless, perish in an hour by the folly, or corruption, or negligence of its only keepers, THE PEOPLE. Republics are created by the virtue, public spirit, and intelligence of the citizens. They fall, when the wise are banished from the public councils, because they dare to be honest, and the profligate are rewarded, because they flatter the people, in order to betray them." - Joseph Story -Final paragraph of "Commentaries . . . ."

"Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it; no constitution, no law, no court even can do much to help it." - Judge Learned Hand

After Thomas Jefferson, in his First Inaugural, had enumerated the principles which would guide his Administration in his First Inaugural, he added:

"These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and the blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith, the text of civic instruction, the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or of alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty, and safety."

So-called "progressives" of the 20th and 21st Centuries, in their arrogance, have removed (censored) the Founders' ideas of liberty from America's textbooks, but technology has outstripped their efforts. Every American school child and adult now has potential access to almost every word the Founders spoke and wrote, and their ideas are being rediscovered and circulated in a manner unheard of even 10 years ago, as if by the hand of Divine Providence. How else can one account for the events of 2010?

Enduring principles, according to the Founders were just that--enduring and "self-evident."

Sowell's perceptive directing of our attention to principles, not the "issues" which dominate most political discussion, is a first step for citizens toward regaining the Constitution's own Article V provision--that "the People" are required in any process to fundamentally "transform" or "change" its protections for freedom. It is that freedom which is threatened when the "rule of law" is replaced by the "rule of man"--no matter who the man, or combination of men and women, are!

"The People" are, indeed, by the Constitution's own provisions, as Justice Story asserted, its "ONLY Keepers." Executive Orders by Presidents do not replace that "People's" role.
