That case does not even have a judge assigned yet. It will likely take another 3 years and be dismissed, unless Romney is elected.
One can only hope. I sometimes think they move so slowly just to extend their ability to torment him.

Plenty and it isn’t over yet. They’re still working on Federal lawsuits over civil rights violations. Yes, they made that up too, but it’s easier to fake that with false witnesses... They can probably just buy more as each story falls through.
