Mark Owens book No Easy Day was released this week with much controversy. It details the actual events that led to the death of the worlds most wanted terrorist, Osama bin Laden. The truth didnt come close to the narrative released by the White House. The book is less than flattering of the Obama Administration. After the book was published and released to the public the Pentagon declared that the book contained classified information and the Chief of Naval Special Warfare Command declared the book provided insight to secret military operations.
Nondisclosure Agreement
When working in Special and Black Operations, members involved must sign a non-disclosure agreement before being granted access to sensitive compartmented information. When the individual signs the agreement he/she can no longer speak about or write about the mission or operation without completing the prepublication review process outlined in the agreement. Most people prefer not to discuss their experiences in Black Operations because it makes life less complicated. Since this book was never reviewed in accordance with the agreement and revealed classified information the author could face criminal penalties and the possible forfeiture of any financial profits from the published manuscript. If past experience is an indicator it is unlikely that anything will happen but never take anything from the thugocracy of the Obama White House for granted.
Lawyers representing the books author Matt F Bissonnette, writing as pseudonym Mark Owen, are disputing the need to submit the book for review before publication. Despite the authors, Bassinette and Kevin Maurer insist they were meticulous about adhering to his desire to never do anything to undermine the SEALs mission or put his former colleagues in harms way. Legal precedence has been established in federal courts in the case of USA v. Ishmael Jones.

They are so leaky they make a sieve look water tight!
We've seen how with billions of dollars Madison Avenue and Hollywood can orchestrate a campaign that could one day elect a hemorrhoid president. Then what?
An Islamist (political Islam, sharia law advocate) president orders the military to enforce sharia law here in the U.S.? Attack Israel? Submit to Middle Eastern Muslim Brotherhood?
(Congress? What's that?)
.. or the current administration or future administration of aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their bratty ideological issue orders the Pentagon to submit to the U.N. or some "global government."
(Congress? What's that?)
Yours is not to question why.. do go gentle into that night - do not rage against the destroyers of the City on the Hill! Civilian control over the military! Period! Oh.. and the Constitution is a suicide pact.
Everyone’s missing the basics....The truth is that it was an assassination....That’s what they didn’t want you to know...
some people need to be assassinated.
1. He talked about his mission, a big taboo in the Special Ops and Intelligence Community.
2. He debunked the Obama Administration's fictitious account of the events.
Exactly. And an assassination is what it should have been.
Wars are fought on both strategic and psychological battlefields. This was and is a war. There is a reason the heads of tyrants and murderers were axed, put on the end of a stake and paraded in front of the vanquished.
It bothered me when the Bush administration felt the need to characterize our response to 9-11 as defensive, even altruistic, in nature. We should have unabashedly framed our response as punitive and retaliatory.
Here the Obama administration concocts a scenario whereby we would somehow only shoot to kill if fired upon. What? It was an assassination. I'm glad it was an assassination. If so, it's about the only smart move this administration has made in the war on terror.
Actually, OBAMA talked (lied) about his mission. Obama’s lies had to be corrected.
Dishonorable Disclosures (22:00 Youtube video)

Used to be that when classified information somehow got into the public domain the no comment policy applied.
The Pentagon spokesman who confirms that classifed information is in the book has himself committed a security violation.
Obama appointee?
Some people not only deserve assassination, we need to assassinate them. Why does Castro continue to breath, had the CIA done its’ job in the sixties the billions of dollars in American investments in that country, along with the tens of thousands of Cuban deaths could have been avoided.
How about Chavez, as he dismantles the entire Venezuelan society to look more and more like his hero's Cuba, why with tens of billions of dollars spent every year on over sixteen different intelligence agencies, he draws breath? His death would be a good for all of Latin America. The same could be said of the other tin horn dictators that our retarded foreign policy has allowed to ascend to power n several Latin countries while America slept and dreamed of Obama.
Assassination SAVES lives! If used correctly it saves the lives of our soldiers, or children and the lives of the poor foreigners that are subject to the whim of dictators and thugs.
“...the Pentagon declared that the book contained classified information and the Chief of Naval Special Warfare Command declared the book provided insight to secret military operations.”
One suspects that this is horse sh*t.
