You can argue that Obama is a devious sort carrying out the accords in a conspiracy if you want, but I think the man is so stupid he has difficulty crossing the street alone.

I support Israel and believe it’s very important that our country support Israel.

Romney/Ryan would be a heck of a lot better for Israel than are Obama/Biden/Hillary.

Ryan has good conservative credentials. Vote to put Ryan in as VP, so he can step up to bat if Romney were unable (due to illness, for example) to serve out his term.

Thats OK. My point has been and always be, that it took about 100 years to get to this point, and if anyone thinks that it can be changed in one term, are really living in a fantasy world.

This will take years to get sorted out. Not in my remaining lifetime either.

What a sour-grapes crybaby you are - pouting because your candidate was rejected!

I just want accountability....I have often belittled the people that voted Toon in by voting Perot, and those who voted AL Franken in by voting for the constitutional party instead of a pub, and I'll do the same IF Romney loses...

just own up to what you do....take responsibility...

if we get Rom in, its not like Reagan, we won't like many things...we'll be mad many times...

but we'll sleep at night...we'll have leader who will not be a muzzy, we'll have a guy who skin in the game...we'll have a guy who didn't spend time with Pakistan radicals and Man's country perverts...

its a clear choice..

And if I had ANY reason to believe that Romney was AT ALL interested in repealing any of these thousand page laws, it would be a good reason to vote for him. Unfortunately Romney is a statist himself, and will use these powers for good.(sarcasm light on)

Your analogy assumes the same SIZE of car which is incorrect. Romney will NOT be opposed by the party and will in fact, because he is supported by the GOP-e, USE the party to force acceptance of his form of socialism. Thus it is either 4 years of an opposed Obama or 8 years of an unopposed Romney.

So the correct analogy is: Which is easier to stop and reverse, a fast car or a slow semi?

I assume those conservatives who refuse to vote for Romney because he's not the "perfect" fiscally conservative candidate, have not voted for a Republican President since...when? Since Reagan? Since Nixon? Since Eisenhower? I don't think any of those Presidents were perfect candidates going in...perhaps Reagan, in 1984, demonstrated that he took a conservative approach to his office.

Obama has given every outward indication of inflicting harm on our country...his mindset, his policies, and his actions ARE a clear and present danger. A non-vote for Romney by write-in, or third party IS a vote for Obama. He does not care how he wins, only THAT he wins.

While Romney may not be the perfect Republican candidate, it would stop the current hemorrhaging. It would buy us time to push for more conservatives in 2014 and 2016, and to unravel the mess we're in currently.

my candidate was not rejected. I had a range of acceptable candidates from Ron Paul to Perry to Bachman, to Gingrich, any of which I could vote for in the general.

Romney is unacceptable to me. Always has been. I’ve been saying this since like, ever.

So this is just chickens coming home to roost. The GOP decided they didn’t need my vote, that is all.

No whining here, just stating the facts.

Also, I live and vote in Ohio.

The gummint will go on as before.

One or two characteristics of Communists, which repeats itself across every country where they took over, has been hunger for power, the incredible ability and smarts to retain it, and absolute incompetence when it comes to governing, administering.

And that incompetence is a good enough reason to vote our fine Communist out.

Wasn't there a song in the movie Titanic, which I haven't seen, sorry, that went like this?

"My government will go on..."

And vote another statist in!

That is the beauty of our two party system. We are way ahead of Soviet Russia, here we pretend to give people a choice, and the chumps buy it.

We even let them argue and have a little control over (some) social issues.

I really don’t care who thanks or curses me. I am a CONSERVATIVE first who just happens to be registered GOP. The reason I registered GOP was because, at the time, the GOP WANTED conservatives in their camp. Now I see that is no longer the case. The GOP is all about getting and maintaining power for the party. And they will attack anyone who disagrees with them.

So the party that puts forth CONSERVATIVE positions and candidates gets my vote.

My voting history is Bush, Bush, Dole, Bush, Bush, McCain.

McCain was a hard sell, but Palin turned it.

Not this year. I won’t vote for a Liberal Mormon statist.

In a battleground state you shouldn’t do that.

Weren’t you ever taught to be a team player?
