But you are not including the Crossroads GPS and Secure our Future who are both running TV and Radio ads.

Northern VA...I am in Annapolis MD so we are pretty close by each other. I think if Sobhani wants a piece of the pie, he needs to get out the next four years and let people know who he is and maybe run for something statewide (if he hasn’t done so yet which I have no idea which is not good for him).

someone forgot to tell the morons running the GOP....

or someone told them they are not supposed to win. I think that was the case with McCain and Sarah almost blew it. I pray that is not what is going on with Romney because we will not survive 4 more years of Obama.

“But you are not including the Crossroads GPS and Secure our Future who are both running TV and Radio ads.”

Which are the only things that may level the field a bit, Perdogg. I haven’t seen anything more recently than the Sept. 22 story in National Journal that said:

“After a summer in which he routinely posted larger fundraising hauls than President Obama, Mitt Romney was supposed to march into the home-stretch of the campaign accompanied by a war chest so massive it would induce insomnia at Obama headquarters in Chicago. But the GOP presidential nominee’s deflating fundraising numbers this week suggest that Team Obama might get some sleep this fall after all.

“Romney’s campaign, in a report filed to the Federal Election Commission this week, showed $50.4 million cash on hand — nearly $40 million less than Obama’s reported $88 million. Romney’s joint fundraising operation with the Republican National Committee and other party committees still has a bigger bank account overall. But that advantage –$180 million on hand compared to President Obama’s $120 million, according to The New York Times – is hardly as large as Republicans hoped it would be when the former governor reported hundreds of millions raised this summer.”

So, as of the time of that article, Romney’s campaign had $50.4 million on hand while the Kenyan Fraud had $88 million. However, when you add the amounts of the candidates with allied party committees, Romney had a $180 million to $120 million advantage as of the third week in Sept.

We’ll see if the Republican party apparachiks can put their money to good use in the next five weeks.

It’s silly to let those ridiculous ads go unchecked. These aren’t just political ads, they are blatant lies. Romney needs to at least confront them and be on the ball. Having no presence, discernable message, makes such statements appear truthful in the minds of far too many voters.

Exactly! Even John Boehner's missing in action.

THAT will be what seals Romney's 2012 campaign in the casket. It's never a good idea to depend on SuperPACs to help you win. You need to run as if there are no SuperPACs out there.

The comment was "Obama is outspending Romney 2 to 1 on ads".

NOT "Obama and his SuperPACs are outspending Romney".

If that's the philosophy then on election night the RomneyBots will be telling us "Oh, no prob. Just wait until this county or that county is counted - Romney will surely catch up to Obama."

I go to the gym every night. I can see 7 TVs in front of me when I am on the elliptical for 2 hours. Both Romney and 0bama ads disappeared last weekend. Even the Sobhani ads disappeared (he is still last despite bombing the airways with ads). Having said that GOTV wins elections not TV ads. People need to give either money or time, chin music don't win elections.

Now that’s funny....and misleading and third party speak.

I live in Ohio; Central Ohio. The number of Obama yard signs is NIL. Bumper stickers, also.

So if Mitt isn’t in it to win - who are you voting for?

You don’t have to answer because I really couldn’t care less.

The fact is that if Romney says anything remotely controversial, he’ll get bashed over the head over the MSM. Even Freepers will let the MSM get to their psyches. I don’t recall the last time PACs and Congressional races got that treatment.

If I were Romney, I’d let PACs and Congressional races be my “messenger” and spend my money on building up the biggest, best GOTV effort ever, down to the individual level. Seems like that’s exactly what he’s doing.

And your opinion means what to whom?

So you think that McLame actually ran to win?

wow

I won't waste my time explaining to someone who has such a dim view of life.

I was also thinking that the Romney campaign, in weighing the options as to how to get the most bang from their bucks, decided the best use of their money would be “the ground game.” Guess we’ll know in 5 weeks + a few hours.

Yeah, at this point if he ran an ad of him kissing babies, he’d be accused of spreading diseases and being unhygienic from all sides for three days.

The sad fact is that the longer Romney stays out of the spotlight, the more popular he gets, because then there is no gaffe to bombard the airwaves with. Likewise, with the MSM bored, they begin to turn their attention against Obama. Just a teensy bit.

Romney’s playing a very dangerous, uphill game. I wish he’d go out there swinging his fists as well, but with the MSM, I don’t see a better strategy than stand behind your scenes, dispatch your PAC & Congressional minions on the TV, and focus on GOTV.

I suspect they're running in the same place that the Bush '92, Dole '96, and McCain '08 ads are running.

D'ja ever notice that when RINOs run against conservatives, they saturate the airways with ads. Against Democrats, they concede defeat early. Wonder why that is?

My opinion means much to me and my family. I don’t give a flying squirrel’s butt what it means to you.

McLame is history - try keeping up with the current candidate.

Projections about my “dim view of life” couldn’t be more incorrect. This world is not my home. Stuff that in your pipe.....
