The sad part is how many FReepers seem to side with the union thugs and don’t bother to question what they’re reading. After all, the union chose comerica park during playoffs for their “rally”.
Right off the top, Flint actually ranks as most dangerous with Detroit coming in about 3rd and Chicago inexplicably making few of those lists at all despite the 20, 30 or 40 shot or killed per week.
Another point to consider is the way the stats are recorded. Detroit ranks first in Justifiable Homicide which are added to murder stats despite being defensive killings. In my opinion, armed citizens are actually bringing the crime rate down while pushing the murder stats up.
There are many places worse than Detroit. Camden, Chicago , new Orleans, flint.
Their taking their union grievances public.
