I made tuna salad today and had a sandwich for lunch and one for dinner. If the hot cocoa was a sweetened chocolate powder, it probably has high fructose in it. I think I have some without sugar, that would probably mean there is Splenda in it, another chemical, so I'll have some hot chocolate right now.
My name was Marcella when I started typing this but now I don't remember my name. Maybe I will remember it after the hot chocolate - or not.

Mine was cocoa, sugar and powdered milk... and was still hot before I started writing posts. :)
