I listened to your campaign ad in which you accused Sheriff Arpaio of being more concerned with politics than with protecting the citizens of Maricopa County. You also sounded like you were proud to the “D: after your name, and insinuated that it did not make a difference. Based upon the fact that the people with the “D” after their names are the ones that have hounded the Sheriff for three years, doing everything possible to find evidence of illegal activities, and finding none, it would seem that you should take partial responsibility for the fact that the Sheriff HAD to be concerned with politics. The thousands of dollars this witch hunt cost the citizens of Maricopa County should be reimbursed by the “D” people.
You have as one of your endorsers, Paul Charlton, one of the conspirators who went after the Sheriff, and found nothing, state that he knows there were illegal activities, but could not find any evidence. This is an indication of a lack of integrity. How many others have the same bent that support you? In perusing the names of some of your other endorsers, I see they support illegal aliens. You have conveniently neglected to state your stand on this issue.
In closing, I can only pray that you will not be elected and ruin the MCSO.
