Dave this is just tragic, and my heart goes out for these dear folks.. aside from the obvious ramifications of real unrecoverable damage, the long term problems are going to to be deeply troubling..

These people change their attitude toward their own life long neighbors, as happened our hurricane IKE.. a few in our community began to sneak around stealing, and demanding stuff because they made no provision for the aftermath..

Most of us shared, as much as well could, some just slammed the door.. There are still bad feelings and recriminations..

Six of one, half dozen of the other.. No winners.. ugh!

My wife would call those people, the Entitled Ones. Ones who think/feel that they are entitled to whatever the rest of us have inspite of their previous behaviors.
