Having been a member of Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) for several years, I utilized the discontinued feature that allowed for recommending films to friends and family. Surprisingly, it went beyond expectations as it essentially made every aspect of one's rental queue available to those invited into a customers friends list.

Very good customer service. I agree on that. But, the streaming content is pathetic. But as a streaming customer, I pay for content, not for customer service so I can’t agree that it is a great company.
Netflix streaming is great.
i have netflix and cable and hulu plus.
netflix is far and away the best deal always something interesting to me on
