Insanity Is Unsustainable.

"Moonbats enjoy barking self-righteously about sustainability. Yet they seem to consider this sustainable: In 11 different U.S. states, the number of government dependents exceeds the number of private sector workers..... ... In California, there are 139 “takers” for every 100 private sector workers. … If you can believe it, entitlements accounted for 62 percent of all federal spending in fiscal year 2012...... Entitlement spending is worse than waste. A dollar spent on green energy is more or less the same as a dollar used as fireplace kindling. But a dollar spent on welfare makes America $1 weaker by strengthening government dependency and the entitlement mentality at the expense of our most precious and nearly depleted national resource: character...."

If you want to collapse an economic system, this is how it’s done.

By the way, as we see higher and higher levels of deficit spending, as taxes go up, as government interference in business increases, as the economy slows down ... I have neighbors who look at all of that and conclude: "See? Capitalism definitely doesn't work! What we need is for government to do something!"

I have a neighbor who has “genius” liberals that voted for Obama that think like that. Their house and property are a mess, their kids all have either long hair or Mohawks and their parents won’t have a clue why their kids college funds will be spent with the bail bondsman and not on college...lol

I have to disagree with the author here. We have plenty of “character” in this country. Unfortunately, much of it is bad.

I will disagree but for a different reason. If the green energy dollars were assigned randomly, the author might have a point. But they are assigned to leftist campaign donors in a giant money laundering scheme to enable further harm.

Yup....green energy federal loans are simply a money laudering scheme to fund democratic entities...

Think about it....how can a company the size of Solyndra loss a half a billion....

That is pretty damn hard to do....even with lousy management

Insanity should be unsustainable...the problem is we locked the doors to the asylums and threw away the keys AFTER we let the nutcases out...

In the back of our minds, we think, “Obama has to live here after he’s done being President. He won’t mess it up so that it’s rotten for him to live here.” Poor assumption. Obama can live anywhere he wants when he’s done being President. Who here thinks he wants to return to Chicago and start a restaurant? He’s lived outside the US. He can take the money and run, so there’s absolutely no concern for him about what America looks like after his Presidency is over. We have to quit projecting our morals and values and thoughts and concerns onto him. He’s going to do what is best for him. For goodness sakes, he grew up without parents. He only trusts himself.

a dollar that has been stolen from productive ventures to subsdize the unproductive, suppressing the ability of the productive ventures to be a going concern
