Absolutely nowhere in the Bill of Rights does it say these rights are to be based on a demonstrated “need” for them. Quite the contrary. They do not say what a citizen may or may not do - the Bill of Rights explicitly says what the government may NOT do. It may not infringe upon my rights. FUBO.
