In America, we are about to experience the most sweeping, restrictive gun control legislation ever enacted since the second amendment was written. So, where do we draw the line? When do we stand up and boldly proclaim: “Enough is Enough?”

Since the first inauguration of Obama in 2008, the average American citizen has witnessed an onslaught of restrictions to their freedoms emanating from the Office of the Executive. There has been the debt incurred through the “Quantitative Easing” Programs, the restrictions to our freedom of speech on the internet and the violations to our freedom of religion through the recent health care provisions, placed on employers and the Judeo-Christian Church. These are just the proverbial.. “tips of the iceberg.”

That costs too much money and will only work for outlying "compounds". The dem's assures us we did not have the man power to get rid of 20 million illegals, how will they get rid of 200+ million guns? They cannot.
The fed, state and local will simply impose newer and newer laws and regulations "licensing" more of what you now take for granted. Don't turn in your weapons? Well, you won't get license X, or Y or Z. It will start with your drivers license first (kudo's to all you asshats that bought into driving was a privilege! jerks). Well, since you have no license, no insurance. No auto insurance? No bundled insurance rates. etc..etc.. You will be bled dry economically.
To be sure, there will be a few shows of force ala waco, I do not deny that. But they won't be coming for YOU P2. They will get you through "legal" attrition.

The thing to do now is to start your own little campaigns of exactly WHO is employed at your local PD and who has homesteaded their homes. WHO is in your area that is of any enforcement arm of any level of government. Get a lawyer and get their addresses; after all, these people have access to yours. Start sending mail. Nothing threatening please. Just that you wanted to say hello. I am not saying every LEO is gonna go jack boot; I still believe most will side with the rights of the citizen; we can truly be their greatest ally and support them. But for the ones that want to get all Dredd "I am the law", well, I leave it to you what kind of American asymmetrical warfare should be waged in your area.

Positing this sucks, to be sure, but it is where we are at. There are still a TON of good LEO's, don't fall for the cop shoots dog crap posted here a FR. America is a BIG place and we have great men and women wearing the badge. Partner up NOW, figure out who is who and don't wait for anything to even reach your front lawn; let them know who you are and where you stand. I think that is poor advice. Personally, I want nothing to do with the police. They work for the government, not you. Way too many bad actors to place such trust in them, IMO.

Maybe you're right and I'm wrong. How about we see whether police in NY refuse to enforce the new anti-RKBA laws. If they do refuse, I'll concede the argument. If they do enforce them, will you concede my point?
