Apparently its racist to say anything.They have been put on noticed before about playing loud Mexican music. I asked them to keep it down,the son elects to keep it up. He drives around the nighbourhood making a circle of about a mile with his music turned up as loud as it can go. It got so bad I had to put big rocks between our driveways. He was told not to park on my grass and week later 2 suv’s parked beside two other suv’s they were parked on my grass. I took pics of it. It happened again and again and again. They play loud hispanic Mexican loud music that everyone can hear. Unless they are dumb, they know their music is loud.It is not that complexed to understand what loud is. When they ran ran over my flowed beds and doubled parked on my grass, the landlord came over, they accuse me of being racist, they said I had parties last all hours of the night,people coming and going,I parked in their driveway, they had some guy fixing their roof and he said the racist ( me ) always stays drunk, he have loud parties all the time, he have the women coming and going, he park in their driveway all the time. I said I have photos to back up my claims and the landlord told him, he knows there are loud parties coming from their house. Because I said something I am racist,becuase I ask them not to destroy my grass and double park on it, I am racist. I asked them to stop stealing my land, but I am racist. I’ve asked over and over keep the music down, but I am racist. I am not meant to have any rights and if I do, I am racist. I say hispanic, I am racist.. I am racist it seems for being white. They cause all the problems and I am the one who is racist.

You’re not racist, and not wrong for referencing the Mexicans in particular. Much of this behavior is in fact deliberate. It’s a direct result of illegals (particularly Mexicans) in this country who have absolutely no fear or expectation of negative consequences for their illegal actions. Those of us in the US-Mexico border states understand and have to deal with it on a constant basis.

Around here, property owners have the right to have illegally-parked cars impounded - no police required. Tow companies (once you find one willing to do so - not all are interested) will impound the vehicle, identify the owner and contact them for payment of the towing and impound fees (or sell the vehicle themselves if the owner never steps-up.)
Now, this won't make you any more popular with your neighbors, but they will at least know you're serious about defending your property ;-)
If they are parking on your property, just call a tow truck and have them pulled.
