If you did not already know that the President has no grasp of history, no knowledge of what he is saying, this should help confirm it.
According to the transcript released by the White House, President Obama channeled Neville Chamberlain, using the phrase "peace in our time" to tout his reelection.
The President explained (emphasis mine):
We will support democracy from Asia to Africa, from the Americas to the Middle East, because our interests and our conscience compel us to act on behalf of those who long for freedom. And we must be a source of hope to the poor, the sick, the marginalized, the victims of prejudice. Not out of mere charity, but because peace in our time requires the constant advance of those principles that our common creed describes.
As you certainly remember, the short-sighted Prime Minister of Great Britain, Neville Chamberlain promised the very same thing, just a single year before the most destructive war in history ripped Europe to sunders.

He certainly seems to fit the description. We shall see if another even more fitting the description comes forth. He really does seem fill the part, even on a world level. I have to do with quite a few foreigners from around the world and am amazed at their view of him as a great and special leader. Around the world hearts are open to him as "that special one".

That’s what narcisists do- they pretend and imagine- they never grew up and made it past the fantasy land they love to live in- I wouldn’t be surprised if he infact thinks himself to be a ‘near messiah’ to boot- He was certainly tryign to sound liek Martin luther King today- (although King woudl probably have puked listenign to his speech)

My personal beleif is that he is just latying hte groundwork for the true antiChrist- the gov of NY who will be the next president because hti couintry has gone over the common sense cliff- his highness is brazen, but kkkuomo is a whole nother level of evil- his highenss pretends he is king of siame, while kkkuomo knows he is
