Another prayer bump...
Job 12:10 ~ In His hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind.
Psalm 18:30 ~ This God, His way is perfect — the promise of the Lord proves true. He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him.

Heavenly Father, we speak Your Word over this one in need of Your healing touch. May he be strengthened and encouraged by the power of the Holy Spirit unto the day when we learn that all is well, to the Everlasting Glory and Honor of Your Name, Amen ...

Just a quick note that my relative (uncle) passed this evening at about 5pm EST.
His cancerous condition had long been thought to be something else. By the time he received the cancer diagnosis just a week or two ago, the disease had spread to his lungs and bones.
In any event I was able to speak to him by phone yesterday. While his breathing was very labored and he sounded extremely weak, he still continued to joke. I’m blessed to have had that last chance to talk with him.
In our call yesterday I did let him know that dozens, if not more, strangers everywhere (you) were praying for him.
Sincerest thanks to all for your prayers. While his loss isn’t welcome, your intercessions for him are a real comfort.
