Your entire post can be reduced down to a single phrase. "My boss didn't do it my way."

See if you were as good as you claim to be you would have been in charge. You lament that the CEO did this and the CEO did that. Well he did it because the Shareholders put him there and he is responsible to them.

Here's an idea take your fat stacks and start up a business and you run it here in the States and lets us know how it goes. Instead of whining how your Boss did it wrong show us how you do it right with your money on the line. Until then its all talk. "If like me you agree the pension plan assets of the retirees should be protected, without government regulation how would you suggest it be done?"

This is easy I would never institute a pension plan in the first place. And this is the problem right here. Business has got out of the habit of doing business and instead tries to be nannies and "take care of worker's needs".

So called “Free Trade” is not just an economic theory, it is a religion. The left has gloBULL warming. The right has Free Trade. Religions both.

You certainly have a very black and white point of view. Too bad for you the majority of Americans don’t share it and will outvote you.

I advertised a job for 50-cents an hour over minimum wage back in 2007 when the economy was supposedly still "good", and got 20 calls a day for the next 3 days.

After you sift out the drugged out perverts, workers comp lawsuit enthusiasts, illegal immigrants and generally unemployable, its hard to find anyone willing to work 40 hour weeks for minimum wage. Lots of talk, no action. This is from 20+ years of inner city, bricks and mortar experience.
