President Barack Obama may have to reach out more to Democrats on Capitol Hill if he expects to win their support for his aggressive second-term agenda, reports Politico.
In interviews with dozens of Democratic members of Congress and senior aides, Politico found many are frustrated and angered by what they perceive as the president’s disregard for cultivating relationships with his party colleagues.
This comes at a time when the president is preparing to take on everything from taxes and immigration reform to gun control and climate change, and needs Democratic backing to get legislation through Congress.

The congressional black caucus has added (OSSTM),obama supplemental sky travel miles to their demands for their people. If Egypt gets free F-16's at $80 million a copy, surely the folk in poor urban districts should be getting free planes too. Food, education, housing, healthcare, gas vouchers, transit passes, healthcare, cell phones, and EITC, should be the bare minimum. A Brother's gotta git around a longer ways than some Colt Malt down at the corner with an EBT card.
The steady influx of 1.2 million LEGAL immigrants a year will change the electorate of this country. In 1970 one in 21 was foreign born; today it is one in 8--the highest in 90 years; and by 2050 one in five will be foreign born, the highest in our history.
The 2012 election showed we have already reached the tipping point in terms of the WH. The Dems are now the permanent majority and will elect anyone with a D after his/her name, including a failed President. Hillary will be the next President in 2016 except for some physical reason why she couldn't run. It won't matter because any Dem nominated will win.
The news media’s lack of scrutiny (or even casual curiosity) about what really happened at Benghazi and their unwillingness to pursue obvious leads are danger signs for anyone who cares about freedom.

I concur. Bughroch was prepared for Oahu, and then, he discovered the voters actually approved of the enslavement agenda. Obviously, he is free, and even obliged now, to try for the gold in his second term.
Is overreach even possible today, for Obama? It will be up to Americans to determine, define, and defeat.
Our king and potentate does not want to direct....that would mean having to actually do some work...
Obama simply wants to rule...and he definitely wanted to continue to reign and lord over us..by winning the last election
