Club for Growth Action, which is one of the few conservative organizations on the right that actually puts their money where their mouth is, has an excellent new website up at www.PrimaryMyCongressman.Com
They started with nine squishy Republicans but a spokesman tells me they will rotate other squishes in and out depending on how they vote.
Folks, these Nine Congressmen and women are squishy, much too malleable Republicans who could be improved in safe Republican districts. It is that plain and simple. We need to crowdsource this so that groups like Club for Growth Action can find the next rock stars like Thomas Massie or Ron DeSantis who can defeat these guys.
Go to www.PrimaryMyCongressman.com let them know who should be primaried. If you live in the district of any of these congress critters, definitely recommend an opponent who can help take them out.
Why no senators? I have a great freshman rep but two sorry Senators.
They could only find NINE? Seems a stretch... ;)
Beats me. Hopefully a senator site may be next. But then, we already know which republican senators need to be primaried and removed: Chambliss and Johanns have already announced retirement, Cornyn already has a primary challenger, Collins, Cochrane, Enzi, Alexander, Graham and McConnell should be next.
Coburn should also be primaried if he, in fact, supports gun control legislation (as I've read on another thread).
Who is challenging Corny Cornyn?
Some guy named Wyatt. I’ve been keeping a close eye on these RINO’s and their elections.
Squishy by whose definition? If those in a congressional district are satisfied with their representation by renominating and reelecting the same person over and over who is it for outsiders to tell them who can and cannot and what and does not represent their local views and interests?
Ultimately, it’s up to the voters in the respective districts...even the dead ones.
The people have every power to reelect their congressman if they see fit. But congressmen tend to hide what they’ve voted for or at least hope the people are not told what they voted for. They all should be made to account for their votes and no congressman should run unoopposed in either a primary or a general election. That is how we get the same old thing, year upon year.
Indiana’s Bloody Eighth is my home district - My nomination to USNA came from McCloskey 3 days before I graduated HS after Congress decided the election on the May 1st, 1985.
Tempted to move back and do this....wife’d likely shoot me though... course I’d probably pull a “you lie” type thing within the first 48 hours anyway and be censured....I don’t know might be fun...still worried about the wife thing though...
My RINO governor needs a primary.
