“Reality”
Ever heard of it?

Look, this entire NBC thing is not the cornerstone of America.
George Washington was not a NBC a she was born in Popes Creek which was at the time a British holding.

How the **** could he be a naturalized citizen when the country it self had yet to be born?

Hmmm… let me think for a moment.
Oh, I got it!

It’s ok to throw out the parts of the Constitution that WE don’t like or want to bypass to further our interests, but….

…. when the other side does exactly that, that’s “subverting the Constitution!” and should not be permitted, eh?

If the Constitution isn’t “the cornerstone of America”, what is?

If you had read the constitution, you would know that there is a section that specifically addresses the issue of tjose born before the creation of the United States.

He wasn't.

When our founders formally adopted the U.S. Constitution, they granted U.S. citizenship to themselves and the citizens of each state within the colonies. Prior to that, there was no such thing as U.S. citizenship.

When the founders wrote Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, they acknowledged that there were then no natural-born citizens of the U.S., which is why they grandfathered themselves into being eligible for the presidency.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
