The Farmer, the Hound, and the Fox

The Farmer with the help of the Hound, whose primary job above all else is to “Protect” the hen house from manipulation, raids, and possibly death by the fox. We the American people are the farmer, Eric Holder is the Hound, and HSBC is the fox. HSBC the Fox, has caused irreparable monetary loses to businesses and individuals the world over with no accountability. The Hound chose to become complacent and forget his oath and loyalty to the Farmer to protect the hen house in his care at all costs. The Hound has seemingly grown very tired of always doing what the Farmer demands and requires. By doing so, the Hound has sinisterly and purposefully struck an unholy alliance with the Fox. This alliance was designed specifically with intent to deceive the Farmer by only benefiting the Fox with some crumbs thrown in for good measure for the Hound. The Farmer is undoubtedly in his right to be furious over finding out about the Hounds betrayal of his trust. What should the Farmer do? Should he mete out just punishment regarding the Hounds actions? What will this accomplish if anything?

HSBC was this past October engaged in a sinister scheme that defrauded millions of Indian citizens out of Billions of dollars in investment accounts. The evidence was all provided by a whistleblower informant who I believe is living on borrowed time. This person better go into hiding if he knows anything about these scumbags and what they won’t do to have him eliminated. Eric Holder’s job is to prosecute criminals and criminal institutions not worry about the world financial system. Washington and Holder’s refusal to prosecute only weakens the deterrence that comes from the threat of criminal prosecution.

Last weeks Senate hearing had Senator Chuck Grassley, grilling Holder on why the Federal Government hasn’t pursued indictments on HSBC. HSBC admitted to funneling illegally obtained cash on their part to Mexican drug cartels, even helping dictatorships avoid sanctions and assisting Terrorist Organizations like Saudi Arabia and its Banks. Federal Regulators put the blame squarely on Eric Holder’s Justice Department for not allowing them to stop Big Banks such as HSBC from money laundering. I will go so far as saying Government Officials within the U.S. Treasury were complicit in helping with the money laundering scheme as well. Again, there is no accountability whatsoever from this corrupt Holder Justice Department.

You see folks, when you have corrupt individuals in positions of power that use it to manipulate, control, abuse, and even threaten law abiding American citizens, it is time for the Constitutional gavel and justice to fall. The Congress and Senate are no better and America better wake up to the wiles of corruption taking place this very moment in their Federal, State, and Local governments. This corruption being laid onto the backs of hard working Americans is shameful and should be stopped; must be stopped or the time will come when those who perpetrate it will be sorry. Today we have corrupt institutions such as HSBC out and out voicing their corruption in public with a refusal by our own Justice Department to prosecute. America and Americans demand an act of swift justice.
