You are correct about the pro-life stand and I enjoy the show. The critics can have there disagreements on plenty of other points. The gay issue, or transgender issue , the “gun yahoos” comments, etc.
They air full episodes after 7 or 8 days on Fox and Hulu.
And when Rachel was considering having sex, the cheerleaders were all “no, you should not, biggest mistake you can make, the scene where Santana had sex with Finn was so dark and sad, and most recently, Marley and Jake decided they were too young and not ready.

I think you may be mistaken. In the first season, Quinn was pregnant, by Puck, another student. The teachers wife was faking pregnancy and wanted to pass off Quinns baby as hers, but I don’t recall an adult knocking up a student.
either way, this show has a lot of anti-family messages.
The only show I recall reverently reading the nativity story on Primetime broadcast tv was Glee, season 3.
I have only seen that show ridicule Christians, I would not watch it and I hope every leftist in Hollyweird falls over dead.
