Fox News now running pro-amnesty Marco Rubio ad

American Action Network is pimping Marco Rubio and amnesty. They spent $300,000 television advertising campaign to “end de facto amnesty.” The ad will only run on Fox News. Of course, the amnesty bill supported by Rubio, McCain, Lindsey Graham and Democrat is de facto amnesty.

Of course American Action Network doesn’t want you to believe that. They tout Marco Rubio in an ad called ‘disaster’ ad that’s been on (especially on Hannity) the last few days.

Watch out for American Action Network. They may try and appear to be conservative, but they are nothing more than a progressive action group.

… This is the latest major action supporting conservative immigration reform we've taken in addition to our Hispanic Leadership Network (HLN) initiative.

In March, AAN launched a six-figure television buy calling for immigration reform featuring former Secretary Carlos Gutierrez. HLN has deployed a Capitol Hill outreach program, educating Members of Congress and staff on the benefits of reform, and just last month held a major summit for Hispanic center-right activists in Miami featuring Gov. Jeb Bush, Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart and others.

Fox news is in the business of making money, they charge for advertising - not to say I am in favor of the bill.

Mark every GOP politician who votes for this outrageously priced amnesty bill. They should not get out of their next primary.

I heard this ad while listening to Fox News on satellite radio. I THOUGHT IT WAS A PARODY. I’m hoping that there aren’t too many Fox listeners who will be duped by such a dishonest and deceptive ad.

Rupert Murdoch, Owner of Fox News, Argues for Immigration Reform (2010)

The head of News Corp, which owns Fox News, told a House panel today that illegal immigrants should be given a pathway to citizenship as part of comprehensive immigration reform.

Rupert Murdoch headlined the House Judiciary subcommittee hearing today and appeared with New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg on the role of immigration in strengthening America’s economy

Rubio-McCain amnesty bill gives illegals immediate to welfare

… “The Gang of Eight made a promise that illegal immigrants will not be able to access public benefits,” Sessions said in a statement to Breitbart News. “We already know that, once granted green cards and ultimately citizenship, illegal immigrants will be able to access all public benefit programs at a great cost to taxpayers. We have, however, identified a number of loopholes that would allow illegal immigrants to draw public benefits even sooner than advertised.”

I believe his ads are exremely misleading. Correct me if Im wrong, but all that stuff about no obamacre, welfare, etc for “lawbreakers” sounds like he means the illegals, but he means those found to have committed a crime or who dont sign up for the new program. The illegals are turned into legals and they get everything.

Am I mistaken.

Either way I don’t ever want to vote for Rubio. All the tough measures can be done wihout giving illegals a thing. He is playing us that this bill’s purpose is enforcement. you don’t stop illegal immigration by rewarding 30 million illegal immigrants.

Interesting more from article

… Watch out for American Action Network. They may try and appear to be conservative, but they are nothing more than a progressive action group. I don’t know if it’s just a coindence, but you do a search for American Action Network on Twitter, guess what comes up first? The Center for American Progress. I’ve only seen the ad a couple times, but judging by the Twitter search they are really bombing Florida with the ad.

I think you are correct..the ad seems deceiving. There are many loop holes for welfare. See the link in post #8

If Rubio is for amnesty, then he is for amnesty.

I get the feeling that Rubio is for Rubio. And he thinks that he can curry favor with the MSM by leading the charge for amnesty. And, once amnesty passes, he can then ride the wave to the Presidency.

He's an arrogant fool, of course. The MSM will turn on and devour him as soon as the ink is half dry on Obama's signature of the amnesty law. And with amnesty the Republican party is dead, the 2nd Amendment is dead, the whole concept of a constitutional republic is dead.

The USA will be just another socialist shithole. Thanks, Rubio.

I’ve been hearing the ad constantly on local conservative talk radio AM, every show, almost every break, it is a disgusting ad, it makes me want to choke Rubio every time I hear it.

Yes, they paid for the ad and Fox is running it. Would be anti-capitalist and anti-First Amendment to have a problem with that. Now if they are refusing to air ads from OUR side...THEN I’d have a problem.
